Texas Central’s lawsuits against Texas landowners

We asked Texas Central’s attorneys to give us a list of landowners they have sued, and to tell us whenever they file lawsuits moving forward. It is not fair to ambush unsuspecting landowners when these folks might not understand the legal process or have the resources to hire an attorney. We know what Texas Central is up to, and if they don’t stop playing dirty we at least want to hold them accountable. Here is the letter we sent:
